Our Coaches
All our Carpe Diem Coaches are business professionals who are committed and passionate about making a difference for the individuals and organisations they work with in helping to release the opportunity and potential each new business day brings.
This brings a rich diversity of coaching capability to Carpe Diem which is fully exploited through the coaching process.
Our coaches have to progress through a challenging recruitment and assessment followed up by our own in-house coaching and accreditation scheme to ensure the highest quality of coaching is delivered to our clients.
Our quality control measures are extensive - all coaches are benchmarked for performance and client feedback is automatically captured for every coach at the end of each assignment. This is then fed back to the client and our coaches as part of our continuous improvement process.
At this time we are also able to offer French, Italian and German-speaking coaches.
